Sensitive Connect provides a network marketing platform that includes:

E-commerce functionality for product purchases
MLM compensation plan management
Training and educational resources
Back office tools and analytics
Payment processing services

2. User Obligations

2.1 Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable laws and our policies.

2.2 Ethical Conduct: Members must conduct business ethically and professionally.

2.3 Accurate Information: Users must provide truthful information in all communications.

3. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Product Purchases: Payment is required at the time of purchase using accepted payment methods.

4.2 Commission Payments: Commissions are paid according to our payment schedule, typically weekly or monthly.

4.3 Processing Fees: Withdrawal requests may incur processing fees as disclosed at the time of withdrawal.

5. Refund Policy

Product refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if the product is unopened and in original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Processing time for refunds is 7-10 business days.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur for violations of these terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold Sensitive Connect harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sensitive Connect is registered.
